Long time no see...due to some technical difficulties we have been unable to blog. A new laptop later and we are now able to share Maya and Sahara's smiling faces again.
Maya is imitating a polar bear in an arctic cave at Sea World.
Sahara is checking out a polar bear. Can you see him just to the left of her?
They look like ants posing next to the Clydesdale horse.
Maya feeding a guinea pig. Look how happy she is. As for the guinea pig, I can't tell if he is smiling at all of this.
Here's Sahara trying to comfort her guinea pig. She was whispering, "shhh, shhhh, shhh...it's okay."
Although I think they enjoyed the real ones more.
Check out Maya's huge smile.
Here's a close up...
As you have probably guessed, the girls like to feed animals. It doesn't matter if it's the neighbor's horse, the donkeys down the street or the ducks at a nearby pond. On this occasion the girls started feeding a few ducks and before you knew it, it became a mob of ducks. We felt like we fed every duck in Temecula that day.
Smiles like these are priceless.

Too fun, Riley was a big one for animal encounters too! I am glad you are back up and running, that is my dreaded nightmare, a fried computer... I need to back up! :)
Hi Danna, I have been thinking of you lately. Is it a time for a visit to So Cal yet?
Way past time on my time, but the budget says no way. :( I have been thinking about you too lately, funny hu! :) You all are welcome to come see the changing colors, it should peak in a week or two they say! :)
Hi Danna, I would love to visit the East coast during Fall. It's my favorite time of the year there. Unfortunately our budget is saying no way too. Oh well, we will just have to live vicariously through each other's blogs.
Sounds good (for now)! :) Is your garden still producing? We just pulled our carrots up this past week, and that is about it for this year. :(
Our garden is almost finished. We still have eggplants, peppers, parsley, basil and another herb called zatar. With regards to our fruit trees we have lemons, still some figs and pomegrantes (sp?).
